Changelog

Selected changes you can see in the product, grouped by the date they were released, newest first.

  • Resume your team setup

Owners can create the first workspace, invite teammates and optionally connect a mailbox through a setup flow that resumes saved progress.

  • Choose which notifications you receive

Notification settings provide a switch for each notification kind the app sends.

  • Time and detail tables fit phone screens

My time, timesheet approvals, detail tabs, portfolio and log tables stack their content on narrow screens.

  • Reply from a mailbox that can send

The reply composer lists only mailboxes that can send messages.

  • Replies to closed tickets follow your reopen policy

Email replies to tickets originally created manually or through the portal now follow the configured reopen and late-reply rules.

  • More complete, readable imported email

Microsoft 365 HTML messages keep their full text instead of a short preview. Gmail message parts use their declared character set.

  • Recover pages after an update

When an update has replaced a page’s downloaded code, the app tries one reload and shows guidance if the page still cannot load.

  • Clearer keyboard navigation in the portal

Closing portal dialogs returns focus to the control that opened them. Survey completion is announced and its heading receives focus.

  • Choose a custom snooze date from the conversation header

The header snooze action includes a custom date and retains its draft and recovery controls.

  • Choose where your workday starts

My profile offers a personal start page. Workspace administrators can choose from the supported pages for the workspace default.

  • Review your signed-in sessions

Members can inspect their active sessions and revoke sessions they no longer need.

  • Quick snooze choices alongside a custom date

Conversation snoozing offers quick presets as well as a custom date, while keeping unsaved edits visible.

  • Clients can save their article feedback

Portal contacts can save and recover their own knowledge article ratings and comments, with a warning before leaving unsent feedback.

  • Accepted quote pricing carries through to billing

Quote-derived contracts use accepted pricing lines for billing. Invoice and quote PDFs, emails and portal lines retain the accepted unit-price precision.

  • More room for daily work

Staff pages use compact spacing and full-width layouts, with clearer action placement.

  • Invoice line edits and credit rounding corrected

Invoice line edits save correctly, and credit allocations use corrected rounding.

  • Quote line editing repaired

The quote line editor correctly handles changes to quote items.

  • Editable starter content

Teams can edit starter catalogs and explicitly restore defaults while preserving their existing edits and deletions.

  • New accounts start with their trial

Account setup now initializes the trial so new teams can reach their settings.

  • Customer portal provider sign-in

The portal supports configured OpenID Connect sign-in and email-link recovery.

  • More usable actions on small screens

Staff page actions are available on mobile layouts, with more consistent forms and lists.
